Sarkodie has bluntly told an upcoming rapper that if he wants his signature on his song, he should pay and he wouldn’t hesitate to jump on it.
The revered rapper whose fame across Africa has been well documented made the comment on social media when the fan begged him for a verse. The tweet from (God n Mum) @Only1Jbdr reads: “@sarkodie brother man, will you dash me a free verse? I have a song”.
Replying, Sarkodie wrote Twi saying, “Wo tua aa wobenya no nt3m but s3 free de3 aa tw3n nyame anim ob3 hy3 ne ho animonyam” which is loosely translated as, “If you pay, you will get it quick bt if it is free then wait on the Lord for a miracle.”
The comment has generated a lot of interesting reactions from fans as we expected.
